ABOUT THE FOUNDER/ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Andrew Ritter has been a director/teacher/actor/ producer/writer/improviser/music improviser for the past 25 years, predominantly in Chicago. His favorite work in his younger days included teaching ESL at Rajabhat University in Thailand, being a 1-on-1 aid/inclusion specialist for children with autism, and becoming Managing Director of Dramatic Diversity, a theater based Diversity training & consulting company. He went on to perform, teach and direct theater, improv and sketch comedy to adults & kids at a variety of institutions like The Second City, Emerald City Theater, Dream Big Performing Arts, and Novel Ideas.
Some favorites shows as a director include: The Greatest Story Never Told (Recommended by The Chicago Tribune, Chicago Reader, Chicago Parent and Red Tricycle) IMPROVISOR! A Musical Sketch Revue (Critics Pick TimeOutChicago), The Digital Age Gap (American Blues Theater), Infinite Sundaes (The Second City’s Musical Improv House Ensemble). He is a member of SAG/AFTRA with guest star roles in shows like Chicago Fire, Utopia, and Proven Innocent. Some favorite shows as an actor or improvisor include playing Ned in Small Mouth Sounds (Middlebury Acting Company), an ensemble member of Jewsical The Musical (The Second City Theatricals), Matthew Leppin in The *Best Church of God, and being a member of the music improv groups Mansical, and The Improvised Sondheim Project.

He is currently living in Cornwall and is the Creative Director of a meditation meets comedy APP called Gfulness (www.Gfulness.com).
